How to Calculate Grade to Percentage?
Find the corresponding percentage for each grade using the table above.
Sum up the percentages of all subjects.
Divide the total by the number of subjects.
Formula:
Percentage=(Subject 1% + Subject 2% + … + Subject N%)Number of SubjectsPercentage=Number of Subjects(Subject 1% + Subject 2% + … + Subject N%)​
Example:
If grades scored are A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2 in 6 subjects:
Total Percentage=95%+85.5%+76%+66.5%+57%+47.5%6=71.25%Total Percentage=695%+85.5%+76%+66.5%+57%+47.5%​=71.25%
How to Calculate Grade to CGPA?
Find the Grade Point (GP)Â for each grade using the table above.
Sum up the Grade Points of all subjects.
Divide the total by the number of subjects.
Formula:
CGPA=(GP 1 + GP 2 + … + GP N)Number of SubjectsCGPA=Number of Subjects(GP 1 + GP 2 + … + GP N)​
Example:
If grade points are 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, and 5 in 6 subjects:
CGPA=10+9+8+7+6+56=7.5CGPA=610+9+8+7+6+5​=7.5
